Mental Health Victoria offers both Mental Health First Aid and Mental Health First Aid Refresher courses.
The Blended Online MHFA Community Course has been adapted from the Standard Mental Health First Aid Course for adults.
This training has a self-paced component followed by two online sessions.
This Mental Health First Aid course is for any interested adult.

Mental Health First Aid offers 4-hour face-to-face refresher courses that allow current Standard MHFAiders to refresh their knowledge and skills and extend their accreditation for another three-year period.
Refresher courses must be completed between the 2.6 and 3.3-year mark.
The content of each refresher course is based on guidelines developed through the expert consensus of people with lived experience of mental health problems and professionals.
There are three different refresher courses available. MHFAiders should do the same type of refresher course as their original 12-14 hour MHFA course to renew their accreditation. MHV is only offering the standard refresher.
