The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) has endorsed MHV as an Income Tax Exempt Charity. As a result, Mental Health Victoria receives income and certain other tax concessions, along with exemptions consistent with its status as a PBI which relate to Goods and Services and Fringe Benefits taxes. MHV is also endorsed by the ATO as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR).
