Workforce learning and development

Mental Health Victoria’s training and development program supports building a mental health workforce that is adequately sized, skilled and resourced.

This includes ensuring diverse and Lived Experience perspectives are represented across all levels.

In addition to direct training we support research and other projects designed to strengthen the mental health workforce.

Leadership suite

The following leadership specific training is presented in partnership with Fundamental Training and Development.

Suicide intervention training (CPD points)

Our suicide intervention training is provided in partnership with Suicide Programs. Please note, these trainings allow participants to accrue Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points.
