Mental Health Victoria has produced summaries of the Productivity Commission's final report into its Inquiry into Mental Health, and the National Suicide Prevention Adviser Interim Advice, both released on Monday.
These expert reports will play a crucial role in shaping national mental health reform over the coming decade, as Victoria prepares for significant work when the final report of the Royal Commission into Victoria’s Mental Health System is handed down in February 2021.
MHV looks forward to the state and federal governments working together to assess how the recommendations from these reports connect and align along with other state and national initiatives that are already underway.
