Apprentice Employee Assistance Program
The Apprentice Employee Assistance Program offers apprentices and trainees in Victoria confidential short-term counselling and coaching for a broad range of health and wellbeing matters.
This is a free service, and you don’t need a doctor’s referral. The service is provided through an independent delivery service.
Services Australia
A one-off non taxable payment if you have experienced an extreme circumstance and are in extreme financial hardship, as well as ongoing financial support should you experience mental ill health.
National Debt Helpline
The National Debt Helpline is a not-for-profit service that helps people tackle their debt problems. Their professional financial counsellors offer a free, independent and confidential service.
Work and development Permit Scheme
The Work and Development Permit (WDP) scheme provides vulnerable and disadvantaged people with a non-financial option to address their fine debt. A WDP allows an eligible person to work off their fine debt by participating in certain activities and treatment.
